I only rented there for 3 months and it was horrible. Where do I start, first never believe what they say your rent will be they will charge you 4 dollars for a little piece of paper telling you what your rent is. They say your water will be 18 to 20 dollars yah right try like 50 and I only have a family of 3! The apartment we were shown was not the apartment we got the repairs were so bad holes in the wall that they did a nasty job of trying to cover. And the list goes on in the washer and dryer room there was a large bubble from water damage, the toilet came off the hole it sat on,my cupboard fell of and it took them a week and a half to fix it. The apartments are built so badly so if you get a middle floor don't think about it being quit its is not just a pounding noise but the floor board squeak so bad it is as if the people above you are going to fall though. The pools are NEVER and I mean Never clean they let the hot tub in the third pool sit for so long it turned green and brought all sorts bugs.They lie about the train even at 4am it will wake you up the horn is so load, the playground is a joke so if you have kid do not wast you time there is always crack heads out the anyway. the swings are all broken and the grass is always flooded. Ants all the time and they will not spray for them so dont bother asking.I also rented one of there undercover parking spaces, they never fixed the light under there so it was so dark you could not see, the place is not lit up well anyway but at night going to a dark car is bothersome to me. All of this in just 3 months I had to get out so I just moved I wanted A better place for my daughter to play and no be afraid to walk to my car. This apartment complex will let any one in but once you are in you might want out just as fast.Do not be fooled by the front of office it looks nice but the rest of the apartment complex is terrible.
Oh yah if you have small children the pools all of them do not have working locks so be careful.The price might be right but this place is wrong.
