I've lived at Terra Vida for almost 3 years. I know they are in the process of remodeling all units fairly extensively, Mine is not done yet, I think they are waiting for me to leave, but that's ok, because I was planning to anyway.

I can say that it is quiet there during the day, I live on the North side of the complex,so the train did not bother me. Maintenance has always done a good job of getting my problems fixed in a timely manner, the last time it did take 2 full days for them to replace my bathtub faucet. Twice in 2.5 years the faucet has been replaced.--We have 1 bathroom.

Landscapers come once a week on Monday mornings, that has been consistent, It's noisy on Monday mornings, There's a couple of yahoos that blast their tunes while coming or going in their cars. It's a big complex. Kids are out playing after school, but it's quiet at night. I lived on the second floor corner unit, over a garage.
