If you are thinking of moving in here with a family or by yourself, let me tell you do not do it. First off if anything goes wrong with your apartment that requires a maintenance order, you are better off doing it yourself. It took 4 days for management to replace our refrigerator after we had continuously told them in person and over the phone that it quit working. When we asked to be compensated for the food that had gone bad they said in not so many words that it wasn't there problem. And again our fridge has gone out for the second time. We have called for 3 days and it is getting to the point where we might break our lease. The office staff seems nice at the beginning. But they are only like that to get your money and have you move in. After that if you need anything, good luck. It's not a kid friendly place at all. Who wants their kids running around and playing in areas covered with dog poop. Not only that but apparently people who live here can't read. The gate to ENTER the complex clearly is marked as an ENTRANCE. So why then do people exit here' The same goes for the EXIT gate. I mean really people learn to read and learn to follow signs. It's not that difficult. Overall we have not been pleased with our stay here. Do not ever live here. I repeat ever. You cold go down the road or even across the street and find something better. Another thing just to inform you of, I was standing in the kitchen cooking dinner and the light fixture management provides for every kitchen, fell and shattered all over the floor. Only inches from my head.if you want a comfortable living situation, this is surley not it. Good luck.
