I have never seen a place that lets BIGGER dogs into thier apartments. Not only do big dogs bark loud they also leave bigger piles of poop. Dogs can be heard through walls barking late at night. There are also people here that don't walk thier dogs, they let them do thier buisness on the patio and when it gets to full they just wash it off for everyone else to see and smell.

There are ALOT of unruly teenagers here. They are often seen at the pools late at night throwing all of the pool furniture in the pool and messing with the water controls, flooding the pool and making a mess of everything. When maintenance has to deal with this they simply close the pools down for 4-5 days (as a punishment) and everyone has to deal with the crowds at the other pool. Also, there are alot of people that come to these pools that don't live here. You'll see them showing up in vans with thier kids and leaving later in the day.


I have seen people around the apartments that look as if they are on HEAVY drugs. So, I agree with the prior posts.

The Palms looks nice but be warned.
