FIRST THE GOOD, GREAT LOCATION.
THATS IT AND IT LOOKS NICE WITH NICE 3 BEDROOM APTS.
LOW QUALITY MATERIALS USED TO BUILD THIS COMPLEX.
THIN WALLS WITH BAD INSULATION.
APPLIANCES ARE LOW BUDGET LOW QUALITY.
SCORPION INFESTATION BAD YET THEY DO NOTHING TO TREAT IT.
BIG FREAKIN DOGS EVERYWHERE, BARKING AND OFF THE LEASH INCLUDING PITT BULLS.
TEENAGERS AND DOG POOP ALL OVER.
BROKEN AIR CONDITIONERS FOR MONTHS IN THE HEAT OF SUMMER.
OFFICE MANAGERS SHOULD BE FIRED AS THEY ARE USELESS AND THEY LIVE ON THE PROPERTY FOR FREE! SKIP THIS PLACE. CHECK LAKEVIEW AT SUPERSTITION OR SAN MONTEGO BOTH ON POWER RD. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND ITS A SHAME WITH THE HIGH RENTS. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR TENNANTS.
