Well, first off the office staff seemed very nice while we were interested and considering tierra Antiqua for our new residence. That all seems to be a front as no one is very friendly and courtious like prior to renting..There are lots of cockroaches,scorpions,spiders in alot of apts. Including mine. Some buildings are infested! Kids around here seem to come and go as they please with very little to no supervision. I thought I did my homework prior to sighning a lease here and I was very wrong! I was told about a meth apt that was busted and also cops are always being called out for some reason or another... There is Gang graffitti on walls as well. If your looking for a nice reasonable rent and dont have smaller kids.. you'll be fine. But if your looking for a family style apt that has a good class of residents... keep looking! There far and few between!! I guss there could deffinetly be worse out there dont get wrong... just derfinetly not what we expected!
