Eh...

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009

Lived there for about 6 months.

During that time, I had to complain about: noisy neighbors having parties in common areas; dogs barking at all hours of the night; dog crap that has obviously been shoved off the balcony laying in common areas; kids running amok unsupervised and being in areas they have no business in; visible trash that hadn't been cleaned up weeks after being repeatedly mentioned to staff; maintenance issues that took too long to resolve.

It's an OK place if you need somewhere to live, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a long-term home environment.

The cops are there all too often, which tells of the caliber of the majority of renters there.

(Nothing like being awakened before 6am on a Saturday by a felony arrest being conducted in a neighboring apartment!)
The staff is OK & just seems there to do a job...

nothing more.

The issues I had while living there really came back to the renters.

Low-class white trash.
