I lived here for 6 months...

when i moved in these apartments were , mainly for elderly and small familys.

Thats it.

infact i never saw anyone under 30.

When i moved in i had spoke with the staff that was so friendly and nice, they had been working there for about 6 years and ran a pretty tight ship.

When i got into my apt it wasnt very nice...the carpet had stains and the cabnits were in horrible shape.

They promised me that all the things wrng would be fixed.

THey never were and i never got a copy of my contract...

Three months later the old managers up and dissapeared and then there were 2 young girls in the front office that didnt know anything..aparently the owner sold the place to a major company and then fired the front office ppl w/out notice.

My things were never fixed and i wanted out of my contract.

That didnt happen either the front office ppl looked through my apt and stated "wow i cant believe they rented this too you" they never fixed anything either.

the washer leaked the walls had poorly patched holes the cabinets were chipped and pealing...and i wasnt allowed to paint anything.

The front office ppl were very rude and not helpfull.

Then it got worse...they started renting to kids...college and older...then the breakins started cars were vandalized and stolen and the apts were broke into...this never happened before...the tennates became loud the poor elderly tennates were forced to leave and find new homes...one elderly woman saw me and my child leaving the front office and asked "your not going to move here are you" i replied no i already do and im trying to leave"

The cops started showing up every few nights and i took my daughter and i to live somewhere else wile we got out of the contract.

My husband stayed to watch his things...then after his whole bummper was sawed off the back of his car...he left too...

shortly after we took our things...

Before the new managment came in i would of been fine making the improvments on my apartment...it was quiet the front staff was helpful and the place was pretty.

But now....its parties, beer, kids, and vandalisum...i just hope those sweet elderly get out soon and have a place to go...most of them had been there for years...
