showing up out of nowhere even though i constantly keep my apartment sparkling. The overal apearance of the place does look excellent especially the office. The crime rate here is a little higher than i want to live with due to the area it's in. I was assaulted here by a minor child for no reason at all and am still suffering slight vision problems in one of my eyes. Dawn the manager is a great person and a good manager though some stuff is out of her hands. If you want a decent place for cheap rent and A LOT of ammenities i recommend this place to you. Check it out, its worth a look :-) Though i will be glad to leave at the end of my lease term. By the way... those complaining about car theft... deal with it. Welcome to Phoenix!
