This is a great place to stay if your a ROACH!!! because the pest removal at this complex is worthless. after having my apartment fogged three times, sprayed numerous times, and having traps placed all over my apartment by these morons, i still have roaches crawling all over my stuff!!

The maintenance staff at this apartment is also a joke. I put in three maintenance requests since i've been here and they only responded to one. that was for a broken screen which they simply took out of the window and never replaced!!

As for security...my car window was smashed in and my $30 wal-mart stereo was stolen, i told the front office about it, but they couldn't care less.

As for the positives...the rent is cheap, there is a nice little workout room with two treadmills (but only one works), and the cockroaches only bite when provoked.

P.S.--the guy who wrote the review before mine is lying. I speak with many of the tenants here and ALL have complained of roach infestations. also, I see AT LEAST one car window broken out a month in the parking lot...all those glitterring rocks in the parking lot aren't diamonds, there pieces of broken glass!!
