This is not good place to live. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years (the only reason cuz i'm to poor to move). My first apartment had a water break in the wall and flooded the whole apartment and they made us pay for the months rent when we could not even stay there while they dried it out. Also they would not pay for any damages to our stuff. In both apartments there is a huge roach problem. They come and spray but I think they spray water cuz it doesn't work. The management never works with you when there is a problem. My fridge freezes everything and the knob to turn it down is busted off and they will not come fix it. My ceiling started leaking and they still have not done anything. The walls are paper thin and the people above me stomp and bounce balls and run up and down the apartment. There dog barks all night. The people next to us is a Mexican DJ and thinks he is in a club. Plays the music loud everyday and night. And has fiesta's every weekend. Also in December my car got broken into 3 times and stolen once. But they said they didn't have any responsibilities for this and I should get an alarm. When asked about the security officers they said they were only courtous security officers and so they hold no responsibilites. I asked for any compensation so I could pay for my window to be fixed 3 times and they would not do anything. Management sucks, the apartments sucks, maintainence sucks, and the people who live here sucks. When the cops came to dust my car, the lady was afraid to be here alone so she made the police officer stay here with her. This was in the middle of the day.
