I have read these reviews and really don't think they are being very honest. They sound like a bunch of grade school brats who are mad at the teacher for giving them homework! I have lived here for 4 years and have seen a lot of changes. I was here when the so called "rapist" was here. What they failed to mention was that there was no rape. Yes, there was a man who was approaching women and would snatch their purse and run, but this was not the fault of the apartment complex. They did everything they could to prevent this. A discription and a drawing of the suspect were posted all around the property warning everyone of this man. Had these grade school brats gone to the "Resident Night" that the office set up they would of learned what was really going on. The office staff invited the residents to come talk to them and they had the police there also to answer all our questions and concerns. This does not sound like someone who "just doesn't care"
Yes, there are some people who choose to listen to music loud but when I call the office they always make sure to take care of the problem. This is a very large apartment complex so anyone who thinks that it won't have some problem people are just not living in the real world. The important thing is how it is handled! That is the reason why I have lived here for so long. The new owner and new management are even better. All of my questions or concerns are always addressed right away. Maybe if the people writing these reviews put as much effort into going to the office and voicing thier concerns as they do complaining to people who can't help them, they would be happier. And oh yeah, just remember that just because you don't get free rent or discounts when you complain does not mean that there is no other solution. You really shouldn't misuse this website just because you want to act like a child and spread rumors to get even. Some people really need to hear honest reviews!!

I also live at Tuscany and if you believe this place is nice then you are a retard. If I didn't live there then how would I know about the cockroach infestation throughout the complex? You forgot to mention the cockroaches in your review. But I suppose you think they're real nice too, huh?
