Also, I am a resident. I simply speak from experience, but you would think that for paying the amount I did, you would get better service (after seeing other complexes which I had friends paying less, and they had a much better experience)I've only lived at this complex for 6 months. In the span of those 6 months, I've seen dozens of cars broken into, security resting on the job (sitting on benches rather than patroling the perimeter), I had my apt broken into in the first two months (I suspect it was actually maintenence, considering minor things were missing, the door was locked after, foods consumed, and they had a scheduled maintenence date previously). They continued refusing this, unfortunately I never filed a police report. When I approached the attendants and asked them to at least get somebody out there ASAP to change the locks and lock the windows it took them 2 WEEKS to do this. I had a pest problem, and took a day off (after giving them advanced notice) and they spent less than 3 minutes taking care of this. Very dirty community, people digging thru trash, solicitors, trespassers, no day security, machines are poorly maintained. Too make a long story short, after living there for only 6 months, They've lost all my respect, overcharged me after discussion with other residents, and I will NEVER recommend them to anybody.
