The staff is rude, arrogant, lazy, incompetent, bossy, ignorant to their own policies, liars, hypocrites, zombies, illiterate(you're better off speaking Spanish), and you might as well spend a day in hell rather than try to spend ten minutes trying to get help from the office staff.
The parking is a joke, there are cars constantly being worked on in the parking lot; oil changes, tire changes, and complete overhauls on engines. People drive too fast thru the parking lot, the entrance is hazard to get into and to get out of and you are better off trying to get onto the 60 or the 10 during rush hour. If you find a parking spot, don't be surprised if you are doored by somebody.
The landscaping or lack of should be reason alone for the health board to condemn this sh!thole. There has been a swamp building in the courtyard around building 7 for over a year. They water the grass in the middle of the day and flood the parking lot at night. When there is grass it is scarce and dying.
Dogs are left unattended and unlicensed to chase the feral cats that roam freely for the consumption of meat for the residents who are housing their family of six plus.
The laundry facility might as well be the wash and snatch, the lazy residents and street vagrants started by propping open the door then eventually breaking the hinges and lock on the door. The washers are unreliable and the dryers only dry clothes in the summer months.
The street vagrants stroll through apartment complex digging through garbage cans and dumpsters looking for cans, bottles, and anything that might have personal information on it.
The swimming pools are a breeding ground for the parasites, germs, and pedophiles.
The apartment that I am renting might as well be made of cardboard if it is not. I've gone through three sets of neighbors above me and two to the west of me. The one above me started off with one guy who only made noise when he walked across the floor, which sounded like he was almost stomping through the floor. The second family(ies) stayed up the whole night running water, walking, jumping, running, dropping things, and watching TV(complained almost daily from September to late December). The third family started by dropping heavy things on their floor daily for almost a month straight at all hours of the day and night, dragged furniture and people across the apartment, called office during business hours and was hung-up on, transferred straight to voicemail and completely ignored other times, called night time security and activity of dropping things and people at least midnight. Neighbors to the east of me regularly play music at any level they feel might drowned out their drug and/or alcoholic problems.
If you have any pest problems, you might as well call up a company to come spray rather than wait the company contracted to come.
If you ever wanted to know what it is like to live in a third world nation or ghetto you might as well move here.

I was a resident of Tuscany Palms for 10 months and have to agree with these comments. Not fighting Tuscany Palms with lease breach. Had trailer stolen from development, had motorcycle almost stolen. Thanks the employee that stopped that, but he is no longer employed there. Anyone wanting to lease from Tuscany Palms should look elsewhere. Spanish or illegals may like the place but I wouldn't recommend the place to a worse enemy.
