I was recommended by leasee to only rent for 8 months. I left after 10 months. Thieft and inablility to reason with management are my main reasons for leaving. I have police reports, documentation and photos of why I moved out early. I am still in a dispute with their lawyers and collection service to get out of lease. Let me tell you what a wonderful place it is. I moved to Mesa from South Dakota and we don't treat people like this in South Dakota. Maybe if I were from Mexico I would understand better how they operate. I like the location and they could have a good thing if they had better management and maintenance that cared. They really need to distroy the entire complex and start over again. Maybe they could rebuild with QUALITY products and have a quality place again. Oh and parking........... since closing access on to 8th Street there is no parking. No one wants to drive 1/2 mile behind the buildings to park. Check out the competition and keep looking. Tuscany Palms may not be the worst place to lay your head, but it is far from a good place either. Good Luck......remember keep your lease short. Wish I had payed more attention to my leasee.

I remember when some drunk drove through the arc ways and took one out by the front office. I wish I would have taken pictures.

Filed complaint with http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintformintro.html and received letter from Tammy Miller Consumer information & Complaints Manager. They say the complaint in NOT within their jurisdiction. Their office does not pursue private disputes. The office of Attorney General, Consumer Information & Complaints can not act as a private attorney for individual citizens. "This means that they cannot provide legal advice, opinions or interpret Arizona law for individuals. They are not in a position to determin whether a complaint has legal merit" "If assistance in locating an attorney, one can refer to the yellow pages or your telephone directory or call the County Bar Association, Lawyer Referral Service in Maricopa County at 602-257-4434 in Pima County call 520-623-4625."
