Bad, Bad, Bad, and Bad. Anyone who says differently is lying. Also, notice that it is not possible to give a rating of less than 20% on this website. Otherwise, I'm sure this complex would have fared much worse.
I have lived in two apartments since being here. I made them move me to a different building when I found out the first was infested with cockroaches the very first day moving in; only to find the second apt also infested. I have talked with a few of the more normal residents here, and they tell me that the whole complex is infested.
My car window was smashed in and car stereo stolen. And it wasnt even a nice stereo! They caused $150 worth of damage to get my $40 stereo. My car has multiple dings in it from the tenants who drive junk cars and dont have any respect for anybody else's property.
Anyone considering moving here should first walk through the complex at night by themselves and see if they would feel safe living here. Click the 'safety' tab above and you'll see that this complex has a higher number of sexual predators in the area than other apartments. Also, take note of all the glass in the parking lot from broken out car windows.
And if you're desperate enough to take a tour with the apartment management, make sure you check in the cabinets for roach droppings, they look like tiny black granules usually in the corners (I didn't know that until I moved here). Also, look closely at the laundry room, as the insides of the washers and dryers are always nasty. Don't judge this place based soley on price, it's not worth the frustration of having to deal with your stuff being stolen and broken into, lousy property management, your children being approached by wierdos, worthless pest control services, and never knowing what kind of damage is going to be done to your car today.

If anyone from Tuscany Palms is out there I need help!!! I need to know if anyone still has the flyer that the NEW Tuscany management sent out saying that the Coupons that waived late fees would not be accepted anymore after July of 2007. Our lease is up March 2008 and we are out of here also. Rude staff, lazy illegals all over the place, the pool by office is infested with everything and the security patrol....what a joke they are....they do nothing but ride around on their bikes and ignore all the rules that illegals are doing hourly here. Hell is better then this dive.

I think The AC just went out in my apartment. It's not the residents fault for puting dings in your doors. The parking spaces can't posibly be legally spaced. Even if they are it should be marked for compact cars only. I still have a hard time getting my car in a spot. not to mention I got a bolt in one of my tires the other day and I'm pretty sure it came from the parking lot it was fine on the drive home. Compleatly flat when I went back to my car. Not to mention I've already picked up quite a few nails in the parking lot. I haven't been here long and already I'm unhappy. to bad to brake the lease here is the most rediculas contract I've ever seen. I've lived in onebedrooms cheaper then my studio with less crime less backdowns.. The kitchen is a joke the frige you have to defrost yourself. If my boyfreind didn't live here I'd be gone by now but I don't have a choice. Next time I'm picking where to live.
