Ive lived here for almost a year in a one bedroom and now recently a two bedroom and since ive lived here ive found the many countless problems to be the infestation of roaches in both apartments and throughout the whole complex there has been a couple deaths one of which was a homicide the other was due to some sort of ailment however the poor man wasnt found till a few days after he passed and if you use your imagination you can figure out what that scene probably looked like.. the problem with that is the fact the maids had to clean up the bodily waste left over from the scene!.. ummm thats a job for HAZMAT! and basically all they did was replace the carpet and rented it out a couple weeks later.. and as far as crime goes.. the police helicopters are flying over nightly and their are cops here daily and nightly.. cars are constantly being broken into and certain residents with cars they dont care about dent and ding your car.. a couple cars have been stolen.. not to mention the one that was just stolen two weeks ago.. and as you can see from the picture I have posted that I took just minutes ago SWAT was just across the way trying to get into one of the apartments with their riot gear and snipers pointed in that direction. They have just switched management companies so basically good luck getting an answer to your question in the office as all they have in their are temps and they have no clue what they are talking about.. and good luck trying to get maintenance here it took me two days to get replacement kitchen light bulbs! The noise level here is ridiculous.. I love the fact that I get to listen to the nieghbors sound system everyday.. and they are a floor up and over and I can still hear the bass enough that I have to turn up my tv just to try and drown it out! The office is aware but the tenant does not care as he has been told to turn the bass down.. my lease is up in a month and I would never recommend this place to anyone its disgusting! I understand that its an apt so your gonna hear your neighbors and certain things but this place is absolutley ridiculous! Oh and try and find a parking spot after 10 pm.. good luck! The pool is gross they have had to shut it down twice to clean and disinfect it due to that fact that parents let thier kids go in the water naked or with a regular diaper on.. now imagine what your swimming in!

If anyone from Tuscany Palms is out there I need help!!! I need to know if anyone still has the flyer that the NEW Tuscany management sent out saying that the Coupons that waived late fees would not be accepted anymore after July of 2007. Wow! I am glad I moved out of there, it sounds like the new mangament is even worse than the one that took over for tibron. And was just wondering if the old man who died if he lived in 1055?

I find the office staffs use of "roommates" insulting. When we mention that we have a roach problem, the staff uses the term "roommates" so future suckers....I mean...residents have no clue as to what we are really talking about. If these so called roommates live here and eat here, then I want a rent reduction NOW and the roommates can start paying monthly for their unwelcomed presence. This new office management....what a joke, they are lazy, rude, do nothing but dress like hoochies to impress the men, and when are lease is up...we are out of here. Hell would be heaven compared to this ----hole.

Who you calling a nag?.. nobody is nagging we are just expressing our experiences and living conditions in the apt complex!.. do you or have you lived there??.. and thats what this website is here for.. if you have an issue with that you shouldnt be on here!
