I have read almost all the reviews and i find very few things to be the honest truth. There have been s few bumps in the road since I have lived here, nothing in life is perfect and sometimes mistakes are made. I find that it is what is done after the mistakes to be the most IMPORTANT thing. I do not exactly love every one of my neighbors but I am completely content with my home,the property, and the office. When i do have a complaint it is taken care of in a timely fashion. As far as car theft goes, I personally have had no issues, but if it did happen i would not be the least bit suprised this is ARIZONA we have the highest car theft rate than alot of places. You would not ever find a place that has never ever had a car stolen or vandalized in the state of Arizona. I am happy and I plan on renewing my lease for another year.

That's funny cause I lived there for all of 3 months and yes I saw a swat team, I saw --------- partying out in the courtyard till 11pm for sure, I'm being kind I'm pretty positive it was until midnight. I was the apartment above the apartment that got an eviction for EXCESSIVE noise pollution. You might remember some music playing in the court yard about a year back.... Yeah that came from INSIDE the apartment below the one I was staying at. Not to mention they had the doors and windows shut. Oh yeah I haven't forgotten. Last but not least, when I came back to pick up the last of my stuff, I remember quite well, that a car port that was collapsed. So this is what I gather from you 1. you must be deaf 2. You must be blind. But these are lies? Really? I'm glad I kept my updates on for this. I really feel the need to set you straight! Sorry you invested money into this complex whether you bought it or you just manage it. It looks really nice form the outside but don't let the looks fool you. I'm not sure what area of the complex you live in. But the northern side I assure you had all of these problems. That east wing in the courtyard is nothing but trouble. I haven't lived there for about 9 months but I doubt that all of those problems have been fixed.

I remember on at least five times when I was not able to get into the complexe because SWAT had the whole area closed off and that was in about 6 month period. I also remember the neighbors deciding that the music needed to be heard by everyone.
