I lived here for a year 1/2. Nothing got broken into or stolen, from ME anyway. The only issues I've had was the management gets turned over every couple of months so you never know who you're going to talk to. It can be loud especially on the weekends. They USED to have security patrol but not any more which I was very upset about. They have a lot of stray cats around as well causing noise and screaming. They also had one of the covered spots for the cars FALL over on all the cars parked underneath! It took forever for them to get that cleared up, and I don't think any of the residents were reimbursed either. And I had to put in a repair work order request 5 TIMES before they finally came out to fix it! I moved out of there finally because they raised my rent for a STUDIO by $200!! I couldn't afford it and had to leave.
The worst part of this whole experience is that I've now been out of this apartment for 6 months and STILL have not received my deposit back!! $350 I was told I would get refunded and today I have not seen a dime. I'm going to have to pursue this legally unfortunately.
The people at the office are hard to get a hold of, do not return phone calls or emails and the corporate office is even worse.

If you move here or live here BEWARE and be sure to document and take care of everything yourself, they will not help you!
