From the theft to swat and Mesa PD, and the management. It all sucks. This has been the worst year of my life and I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy live here. The walls are paper thin and my neighbor is always playing loud music at all hours. When I called the office to ask him to stop the woman on the phone was very rude. Once I went to do my laundry and the washer took my money. I just wanted another dollar to finish my laundry but they told me they had to send in a report and didn't give me anything. Not a big deal, just the principal of the matter. (Can't even give me 4 quarters''') Though there is a lock on the door to the laundry facility I've had clothes stolen (thanks a lot, awesome neighbors). The other idiots who live here think it's ok to stop in the middle of the entrance to get out of their car and check the mail (It's called a PARKING SPOT for a reason!) So I have to wait to park because people are in my way. I won't park under the coverings because as I've heard, they've fallen before. There are ALWAYS random people knocking on my door in the middle of the afternoon asking if I want them to clean my apartment'' NO!!!! or if I want to buy food from them'' Weirdest neighborhood and neighbors ever! Needless to say I rarely answer the door anymore. Also - the light outside in front of my door ALWAYS goes out so I'm stuck fumbling for my keys at night and freaking out. I just don't feel safe living here. Don't be tricked. Everything looks nice at first glance but once you move in and realize what you've just got yourself into you will regret it. If I wanted to live in the ghetto/little havana I would've crossed the border. Can't wait to get out of here.

Lol..I live here today and I can't agree with you all the way. I do know per the MESA PD that this is a HIGH CRIME AREA however NO ONE knocks on my door and I dont deal with anybody so I can say so far my experience with these apts has not been as bad as everybody claims. Everytime I call the office for lights to be fixed or for any reason its either done that day or if I call late its done the next day. The one bad thing I can say is one day I came home after being there for about 3-6 months (not sure) but my window to my bedroom was broken. MESA PD checked it out and everything was cool so I think it was the dumb lil kids that live next door to me because I caught the lil bastards knocking on my door then running away. When I caught up to them lets just say there better off now. LOL..Also this COMPLEX DOES HAVE ROACHES..HOWEVER it is up to you as the renter to take care of that problem. What worked for me in my apt was COMBAT but I didnt have very many roaches from the beginning anyway. Bottom line it aint as bad as some make it but everybody has there own difference in opinions!
