This is the worst apt ive ever lived in! I know ther is worse than here, but the managers do not improve property to its potential. The manager changes evry month or two and the landscaping is going to hell. It's very dark at night and my car gets broken into regularly.
My husband and I are breaking the lease this month and we've already found a better place. The roaches won't go away, and the managers will rent to anyone off the street! There probably isnt any screening at all, as long as you have a little to get in. I know they don't inforce the non felony rule because our neighbors are on parole from prison with dangerous felonys.
They never water the grass or trees anymore and everything is starting to die. They stopped mowing for months, but now do it every 2 months. With all the dog poo, don't walk in the grass! A couple months ago, the managers put a paper on door saying we hadn't paid rent in few months, and we have all our receipts' Very disorganised office staff.
PROSPECTS: Don't let them show you a remodelled decorated apartment only to switch you to a old unremodelled unit with stains in carpet, broken cabinets, broken shutters, old small appliances, etc !!!! It's their standard move-in bait and switch. Just look elswhere.... and if your still not sure, as the police about the frequency of their visits to this property... it's several times a day!

Well, i found their ad on craigslist and thought the rent was pretty cheap..but, then again, that makes one wonder...what's the catch?...well, i guarantee i will not be moving to this apt complex...i can't stand ROACHES..that, and the crime....i can't live with....Thanks to all of you for the "head's up"...saved me a lot of time, money, and hassles!!!

I think you are all winners because you got kicked out Why because every place i looked at on reviews there all bad there is something wrong right there Because i lived in az. and i love it there and i cleaned homes so i have drove around a lot and seen nice places And I'm moving back next year i live in Aberdeen Wa.
