I have lived in this complex for about three months from my understanding is that BETHANY IS GONE! There is a new company called MEB, So far everything has been great, the neighbors I talk to say it was real bad and considered moving out at one time, but now they seem to have a change of mind, ROACHES not unless you live like a pig! and don't use the exterminator that is offered for any creepy crawlers! all in all its been great!
