Management has changed so many times and the most recent manager is awful. I experienced a fire in my apartment and the manager would not work with me probably because I had given notice that I was not renewing my lease. They removed evidence from the scene and would not allow my insurance company to run tests. Although there are 2 apartments that can be used in an emergency I was not offered any and was told I was responsible for the damage to the entire apartment even though a faulty hood range was the cause. I was forced to live in a hotel until I could get back all my furniture and belongings that had to be cleaned. After I left they allowed new tenants to move in with no stove and the fire damage to the kitchen had not been repaired. I have never been treated so poorly, not only at the time of the fire but with all contact with the management staff.
