Way back when, Sunridge decided to take Govt Sec. and this is why Sunridge is an unsafe place to live. I lived there as a Bachelor and when Sunridge changed the Manager left because of all the complaints from the retirees. Can you imagine the expression on the face of a retired couple as they moved in after going to Sunridge every Fall for the last 15 years only to find a single mother of five children with her deadbeat boyfriend' The irony of the postings on the thread is that Sunridge was never designed for families. Sunridge was designed for retirees. The Seniors were really shocked because when they came down in the fall Sunridge was full families waiting to move into homes and singles going to MCC and govt sect. Do not be fooled by all the beautiful trees and landscape of Sunridge. If you are seeking temporary living space go for a gated community and if your seeking permanent occupancy buy a town home or condo. Why rent a apartment' Below 500 fico then you are where you belong.... I was in my mid to late twenties when I lived in Sunridge too so I was a nusiance to the community. Now our family (got married) just sold our home and moving to Palm Valley Phase V. You can rent houses too. I found in Communities where they rent its about the same people that cant afford to buy because of credit Govt sect so you reap what you sow. Thats why were moving 600000.00 No leases or renters.
