If you have children this is not the place for you or them. Sunridge was built and designed for Adults- Snowbirds if fact. There are no facilities or arrangements for children. Only the pools and adult supervision â âYou the Parentâ is required. Bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, roller blades and skateboards are forbidden on the sidewalks and on the property as a whole. Storage of childrenâs toys and playthings are not allowed on the patios, porches and decks. My advice to you is find an apartment that is child friendly and has places for your children to run and play.

Uhm... I lived at sunridge as well and agree that it wasnt the "best" place to live- but at least understand the rules about the pools. If you watch the news in az, how many children during the summer do you see in the hospital due to their parents not watching them while they were in the pool? I think it a blessing having that rule there for all the lazy parents who "dont have the time" to watch there children in the pool. Not only that- didnt you view the property before you moved in and noticed if there werent those things? Dont blame it on the community- blame youself for not being smart enough to notice these things before you locked youself into a contract.
