vastly improved Verona Park From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007 2 photos   Verona Park has made great strides in improving the Club House and Pool area plus getting the two-laundry rooms updated. The owners have recently top coated and restriped the parking, greatly improving the overall appearance. I have lived here a while and this is one of the better management teams that I have seen here. The property now has green grass again and a nice playground for all the kids. The children can go outside and play. The renters are much more pleasant. There has been a positive change in quality of renters. I never thought that the current owners would spend the amounts of money necessary to turn it around from the near dump that the formerly Sunridge Apartments had decayed to, but they have. I give them well-deserved credit for the vastly improved Verona Park and thank them for their efforts. You could do allot worse renting somewhere else.
