Our mission at Verona Park is to provide the best possible living experience at the best value. To fulfill our mission, we focus on providing the highest level of customer service, including prompt maintenance, and on keeping the property clean and safe.

We purchased Verona Park in November 2006. Since that date, we have spent millions of dollars renovating and upgrading the community. Upgrades include a new clubhouse, upgraded gated entrance, landscape improvements, adding washers/dryers to apartment homes, and various upgrades to apartment home interiors, to name a few. In addition, we have added a playground for the children, added additional parking, and refinished the parking lots. We have done all of this to make Verona Park a better place to live.

We have also had our challenges as well. Shortly after our purchase, we had a domestic violence incident occurring between a relative of a resident, and her previous boyfriend. It ended terribly. Quickly thereafter, we conducted a well attended community meeting where the police explained the situation, and stated that it had nothing to do with Verona Park, the management, or the location of the property. The police, management, and ownership stayed at the meeting until every question was answered thoroughly. Everyone left sad about the event, but confident in their community. We have had no such issues since, or anything even close.

You may notice many postings over the next few days, weeks, and months as we are inviting our residents to take the time to make postings so to accurately reflect the collective living experience at Verona Park. We are very proud of our community, and invite you to enjoy with us.
