I have lived here since October 15, 2006 right before it went under new management there was alot of things I was not happy with waiting for workorders to get done, no one ever answered phonesin the office, and when the new manangement team came in all I heard was bare with us and we will make it right. within 2 weeks of them taking over my work orders were taken care, and improvements started begin. Management was starting to get rid the riff raff, and I heard less noise on weekends, and was actually able to go outside and enjoy the property. MEB took over and it was for the best, they listen to my concerns, and are very professional about handling problems, and the one thing I appreciate is they know my name and apartment number and that makes me feel important. I have seen many management companies come and go and not last longer than a year. I am very happy living here at Verona Park and I just signed a new lease.
