I have lived here for eleven years and when my lease is up, I'm gone. When I moved here there were a lot of older people and winter visitors who paid for year round but were only here for six months - everyone knew each other and there were many activities going on. Pool tournaments (we has 4 full size pool tables), bingo, suppers, etc. Now what do we have' A bunch of kids running around whose parents mostly don't pay any attention to them at all hours of the night after the office closes. Most of the club house is locked up tight after hours because of the vandalism that went on. Kids throw their candy wrappers, cups, etc. down wherever and expect maintenance to pick them up. I've had it.
