I have lived here since July 2009, and now its November 2009. I am stuck here till next year but if I could get out of my lease I would. There are always little kids running around outside screaming, and they are all over the apartment complex. They dont understand to get out of the way when you are trying to get out to drive somewhere. Its very annoying. There was a little girl outside on my patio which freaked me out. I have constant bug problems. I have found 5 scorpions since I have lived here and they wont even get a scorpion specialist, they just spray. I have had crickets and cockroaches too. Once I saw the apartment I was going to be living in it is rundown, stains all over the carpet, and square patches are in the carpet from it being cut up. The apartment is pretty good sized besides that I really dont like it here. I pay rent, electric, water, sewer, garbage, etc. Tons of the outdoor lights are burned out. The clubhouse closes early all of the time. I live downstairs and I dont mind some noise, but I can hear the people upstairs loudly, sounds like the roof will break through and theyll fall into my place. Also I have had maintenance come fix a number of things, and it keeps breaking. This place is pretty rundown, dont let it fool you like it fooled me. I cant wait to move.

Really?! Im so glad someone agrees too- did you just move this June? Wow that sucks so much I am so sorry to hear that, I have the same issues but with scorpions. And the manager at the office had the nerve to tell me scorpions are not poisonous, I should have said yeah youre right, they are venomous. I am soo lucky I have not been stung yet because there have been some major close calls. You are terminating your lease? I want to, I wish I could I am stuck here for 13 months as well. Lets egg the office!!

I'm with you! Our apt. became infested with roaches due to our former neighbors who were absolutely filthy. They literally had to hire an outside company (wearing hazmat gear) to come and clean up the garbage they left behind. The staff at the office was rude and refused to help us before i had to go above them to the corporate property management. We are still having roach problems and have been confined to one of our 2 bedrooms for 2 months now, still paying the whole amount of rent. We signed a 13 mo. lease, moved in in May (actually June because so many things needed fixing before we wanted to bring in our things...which are still broken) and are having to terminate our lease early now due to the fact that roaches have infested nearly every aspect of our home, including our expensive furniture which will probably need to be tossed. If i knew who you were, my bf and i would gladly egg the office with you...we cannot wait to move out of this crap hole.!!

I think the problem is the new manager. Since Veronica left, the new manager Joan is very rude and disrespectful to everyone here (at least everyone that's been in the office when I've been) and doesn't seem to know what she's doing at all.

i couldn't DISAGREE more, JOAN HAS BEEN A REAL GOOD MANAGER AND A NICE BREATHE OF FRESH AIR SINCE SHE HAS TAKEN OVER THE PROPERTY. VERONICA KIND OF LET IT GO THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS SHE WAS HERE AND NOW JOAN HAS PICKED IT RIGHT BACK UP.
