I have lived at villa fiesta for a few months, and I wish I had never moved in here. There has been a few problems that have occured while living in " The Villa ". 1-
my best friend was Assulted in her apartment by one of the other residents whom she did not know
2-
They have no type of security what so ever!
3-
The landscaping is absolutley disgusting, they only have grass by the pool areas.
4-
The people in the office dont know what there doing.
5-
The only good thing about Villa Fiesta is you can have a party every night and no one says anything, and the maint. guys have always been on top of my work orders......
