Had truck broken into twice within 3 month period.Went to manager to asked to be released from remainder of lease.She said o.k. based on safety-she said she had basic idea who was doing the breakins.Gave one month notice and moved out.Found out later she did not contact managers of property as to reason for breaking lease.The mangement company tried to collect remainder (2months) of lease.Leasing staff is either dishonest or incompetent in there jobs did not confer with management company over this issue (during month I gave notice to move out.I checked out the recent police reports from Mesa P.D. from Dec 2003 to March there were 5 stolen vehicles and 3 vehicle break ins!Nothing much has changed there!
