Dont be fooled by the cheap prices and bigger than average floor plans, you get what you pay for...
The units are old & outdated, the appliances - the same. Not only are they old but dont use even a small amount of force with them, they tend to break apart.
There are rowdy unattended kids running around at all hours...maybe their parents are busy trying to fix everyhting that has fallen apart.
And no matter what they tell you - dont think you are going to be moving into a place with clean carpets...even if they tell you they'll be brand new!! The property mamagement probably cant afford real carpet cleaning tools because when I moved into my apt. it looked like the place was a playing field for mud wrestling.
The staff' Just as dirty as the carpets! You would think that at their staff meetings they could all get together and get their lies straight, know who said if something was gonna get done and who said when it would get done. They trip over eachothers empty promises all day long.
Thank god Im only here short term! My advise' You might be better going across the street to the golf course and setting up on a patch of grass, at least there you can have some peace & quiet!
