I lived at Villa Fiesta for close to two years, and recently moved out at the end of April because of work. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I moved into a roomy 1Bx1B by myself and never had any serious issues. I had the occasional loud party next door, but it was never out of control. My washer flooded my kitchen once, but the maitnence man was over within 10 minutes of my call, and offered the model for me to stay in if I was uncomfortable. Then on top of that, the front office scheduled a free carpet cleaning for me. The complex is well lit, so I never felt unsafe walking alone. Because this was my first apartment with out a roomate, I had some issues with paying my rent on time. As many times as I was late, the girls were always willing to work with me. When I decided that I would be leaving Amy was soooo helpfull. I called her a million times while trying to apply for other apartments and she was always so quick to send my rental history verification to different places for me. Ally originally showed me the apartment back in 2004, and was just as helpfull then as she is now. I appreciate everything this complex did for me, and would recommend it to anyone trying to do it on their own. You will get the biggest bang for your buck here!!!!!
