We liked the open layout of these apartments and the washer/dryer in the unit. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. When the fridge stopped cooling well, we were brought a new one from the model apt. quickly. Some neighbors were great, while others were sometimes arrested. Maintenance was sometimes slow and often had to come back several times to fix the same issue. The kitchen plumbing is not right here and these older buildings have not been upgraded very well. The parking spaces are rather tight, as though everyone drives compact cars. Overall, we have been generally satisfied living here and would likely stay if we were staying in the area.
