We have lived at Villa Fiesta off and on for over 10 years. We left for a year when we rented a house with the option to buy and the sellers sold the home out form under us at which time we returned. We have always been treated with respect. The staff although they have had some turnover are quick to respond to your needs. The maint. staff are knowledgable and also quick to respond whenever needs arise.
The up-keep on the property is good for the most part. We have now moved becaused we purchased our ouwn home. We had made a pact that we would not leave again until we purchased our own home. We recieved our deposits back in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated.
You can not go wrong with Villa Fiesta. We actually stop to vist our neighbors now and then. Thanks Villa Fiesta for a safe, clean, & friendly living enviroment!
