These apartments are full of drug users of all kinds. I moved in April 2008 and since then it seems like everyone who has moved in after me is on some type of illegal drug or overdosing on prescription drugs. These are small apartments only one bedrooms and studios but it seems like every apartment has five or more people in them. Every night when I come home my son and I are greeted by a large cloud of smoke because all our surrounding neighbors smoke anything and everything. Our apartment has mold spores in it because the mangement did a quick cover up to the leaking a c before we moved in. parking is awful the way they are assigned makes no since and several times I have found people in my parking spot the number is posted to call but the apartment no longer pays for that service. the low lifes that live there have stolen my flip flops under where and a scrub top I had that was covered in blood. If you would like to keep your privacy and identity do not move here the residents go through trash. my vehicle was vandilzed and the main belt was stolen of my vehicle also. the mangement does nothing and refused to come out and fix anything and most of the time its hard to get into the apartments on a weekend or party night because there is usually an ambulance and several cop cars there breaking up fights trying to stop residents from killing themselves or cleanning up the mess from overdosing idiots please if you love your family and life do not move here plus often these drug users leave their young children under 5 outside while they get high at all times of the night these apartments are way over priced and awful more then a third of them are infested with mold please stay away also the cabinets are falling off in the kitchen and my dishwasher still does not work right
