Village Green

 

Village Green Apartments are a good community to live in.

I've live here for two years and have had the opportunity to get to know several other residents.

Most of the people that I know of are friendly, out-going, and like the peace & quiet of the neighborhood.

The management staff of the apartment complex is very professional.

They operate well with-in the confines of the law and provide fair housing accordingly.

Management goes out of their way to resolve any and all problems that arise.

They spend extra hours, after its time to leave, to perform tasks that other managers would leave to the next day.

The manager is a terrific woman that goes above and beyond in her work and should be praised for her terrific work ethic.

The maintenance personnel works very hard at keeping the grounds neat, clean, well lit, and safe for the residents.

When there are any maintenance issues, they take care of the problem promptly.

The neighborhood is fairly safe for residents.

There are one bedroom and studio bedrooms available and they are competitively priced for the area.

There are supposes to be two people per apartment and two small pets like cats or dogs under 25 pounds.

I'm sure that every apartment has people in it that make mistakes, but for the most part, the people here are good people that are trying to make ends meet, and I know that it's difficult in our current economic condition.

Overall, I would safely say that this apartment complex feels more home like than many of the others that I've lived in.

I would recommend this apartment complex to all my friends to live in because it is fairly quiet, well lit, safe and the people are friendly.
