I was looking throught the reviews and saw this one and had to make some comments. I moved from these apartments a couple of months ago due to the horrible managment. The apartments themselves are quite nice, or at least used to be(they were starting to fall apart when I moved). The floorplans are spacious and very attractive and the price is very low. But that is about all I can say nice about this place. I have seen several managers come and go but Jatana is by far the worse. I saw the review she left rating the property at 5 stars on everything but saftey. From my dealings with her it seems very in character of her to try to bump up the rating herself. And as for her being compasionate with an open door' Forget it. She has no sympathy and can be quite cold and even vicious if you ever need to talk to her. This goes rather you need maintenance or have a complaint about a neighbor. Enough about managment, let's talk about the community. The buildings are starting to fall apart, the grounds aren't kept up like they used to be, and the parking is ridiculous. I lived on the side closest to Southern and parking was ok most of the time but I know people on the other side and there is practically no parking. They all claim to have had to walk across the complex because people are always parking in their spots. The walls between the apartments are really thin; I could actually hear my neighbors talking. A friend of mine who lives here can constantly hear running water in the walls. And I mean loudly! This is all very sad because when I moved here they had a different manager and office staff and everyone was so friendly! I used to enjoy going in to drop off my rent and talking to them all. The place was always clean and well taken care of. It was truly the best placed I had ever lived but now I wouldn't send someone who was completely desperate there. What a waste. If you are looking for places comperable in size and price you should try Township, Vista Montana, Windemere, or Woodcreek. I think they are all a little older than Lindsay Park but I know a lot of people who say nice things about them and not so many that can say as nice of thing about this complex.
