I just wanted to let you know that I am a new resident, and I lovethe changes that the management is making. When I first came to the property I thought it was okay, I didn't really notice much amout it. However when I moved in I though I made a huge mistake, my neighbors were trashy, I wanted out and I had not even moved in, however after a few days, I got a notice that said that everyone must clean up their patios, and I was glad. I started to notice what a change it made, and happy that I moved in and there are changes being made. I just wanted to say that all of you other people who do not like the changes should give them a chance. Also I have had no problems with the maintenance or office staff, they are more than happy to help me.
