The last reviewer stated that the walls are a bit thin, thats a huge understatment! The walls in this complex are extremely thin that i can sometimes hear my neighbors conversations. The neighbors are rude to the point where they act like it's my fault they can hear me doing stuff in my apt. I've had quite a few things break since i've moved in, trash thrown out in the parking areas from residents, had an orange sticker placed on my car for backing my car into my parking space even though i see people back their cars into their spaces all the time. The management is terrible and not as professional as some have claimed and even has an attitude. The set up for the apartments is bad. I've lived in several apt's newer & older over the years, but this has got to be the worst apt i have come across. The only good thing about this complex is if you have kids there is an elementary school across the street. There's nothing else that would give any good reason to move into this place unless they dropped the rent by about $100 or $200 dollars, the rental rates are way too high for this dump!

I live at the apartment complex and have not had a problem. Any apartment building is going to have thin walls, that is the way the apartment buildings are built. The managment sends out several notices regarding cars being parked backed in. Just becuase you dont see a sticker does not mean they did not get one. I never had a problem with the management or people in the office, they have always been professional and courteous when I go in and/or call. You can't blame the apartment complex on rude or noisy neighbors, that is something that management has no control over. The common areas are clean, the managment has been doing several things around to improve the complex.

i didn't say i was blaming everything on the management, if you were paying attention to the review you would see that. It's just the complex in it's self that's not that great for the price. It could just be the area that the complex is located. And as for the managment well let's just say i've lived in other complexes with much better management. I didn't even put down everything that i had to put up with because people don't always go by what reviewers say. To each their own on what people think is a good place to live. Good luck to any residents that move into this complex. Oh and by the way other complexes i've lived in didn't have walls and flooring as thin as this one....it all depends on how good or should i say cheap the complex is built.
