This place is a rip-off. The staff is dishonest from the manager down. Be sure to get your utilities bill and the EXACT amount verified before you sign the lease! Otherwise, they will charge you WHATEVER they want. For example...they claim to charge water/trash according to the number of occupants. If this is the case, then why does this amount change (go up) EVERY month'' Bottom line, get your TOTAL monthly costs upfront and make sure this is listed ON the lease before you sign! Also, there is ongoing construction and inconvenience at the expense of the community. Oh, and if anything ever happens to the unit, be prepared to live elsewhere during the "clean-up" phase. They are NOT AT ALL accommodating. And as MANY other residents have indicated...water damage (from ANY plumbing issue) is not a priority. Be sure to check thoroughly for mold/mildew and evidence of cover-up!

I have lived here for three years now so I have seen the new water bills because I used to pay a set rate. To be honest, I wanted to move closer to my children out in Phoenix but I am very comfortable here with MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE, and the COMPLEX! I take offense to this posting because I think everyone in the staff are very courteous and accommodating. They are always smiling and saying hello and always know me by name when i go in but maybe that's because I pay my bills. You complain about the construction but they are not remodeling to inconvenience you, it's to make the complex better and to me it just sounds like you want to complain about anything because of a water bill' Nothing's free anymore buddy...get used to it

I agree with rosie2545 I have lived here for three months now and I plan on renewing when my lease is up. All the staff is great they all know you by name and if they see you they all say hello. I think this guy is mad because he wanted something free and like rosie2545 said nothing is free buddy. If you want someone to wait on you hand and foot then get a beeter job and hire someone to make things convient for you.
