We have lived here for almost a year and loved it. The Head Manager Jamie is awesome!! Can be a quiet place at times. If you move here make sure to be put in the back, they pack everybody in the front of the complex to make it look full. This means Parking is horrible, and 4-5 Buildings share one dumpster and trash fills up all the time and tenants place trash on the ground. They do allow pets, and the majority of people like myself pick up after their dog. But like most places there are inconsiderate people that do not, so some of the grass is filled with Doggy Doo-Doo. The walls are not thin, and very rarely do we hear people next to us. But the floors are paper thin, which means you hear the people above/below your place. We live in a large one bedroom and the 3 bedroom below us has their lay out of the living room right below our bedroom. Our first nieghbors we could hear their TV all hours of the night. So be careful with that. Also our apt faced southwest on the top floor and our apt baked all summer long. Our friends had a place that face north and their Utilities bill was on average $50 dollars cheaper per month in the summer. So keep that in mind. Overall we were very happy here and highly reccomend it, it was great location close to everything you might need. 1 mile from a Target, Wal-Mart Grocery and Safeway.
Good Place to Live.

I have lived at The Village at Lindsay Park for more than 5 years now. I too agree that parking and dumpsters are an issue at times, but also know that the place really does stay full, and most people like to be close to the front. So it's a rat race to get an open spot. I will agree that Jaime really knows what she is doing. She has been the best asset to the community, since she arrived many years ago. I have seen four come and go. Never more than a year. Plus if you are doing something you are not supposed to be doing, it is handled pronto and the bad guy loses! You would be silly to pass up the opportunity to live here. It is walking distance to a park, schools, convenience stores and a church. There is a major shopping center a half of a mile and it is 24 hours. You really can't find a nicer place at good prices!! I love it here and most everyone else will agree. It is safe and generally quiet, but not all people live the same lives and quiet means something different to different generations. We butt heads at times, but it always works out in the end. So after all of that "I give it 2 thumbs up!!" And the rest of the office personeel are amazing too. They really keep it fun. And people that dont' pick up after their dogs should have THEIR noses rubbed in it!!
