In a recent trip to this property, my boyfriend and I were treated very badly. The young lady who greeted us was very rude and as she showed us around, stayed a steady 10 paces ahead of us, yet continued her "speech" about the amenities. We couldn't hear her, but that didn't stop her. As we approached the model, which was on the third floor, my boyfriend asked "Is this on the third floor'" to which she replied, very short & sarcastically, "That's all I got!" When we reached the model, every question I asked was handled as if it was a stupid question. She would roll her eyes and sigh before responding. Then when we returned to the office, she was yelling through the glass of the office to another employee, asking her questions that she had already answered for us. Instead of coming out and answering the questions, they both continued to yell through the glass. We were also denied certain specials that had been advertised on the internet. She said "Yeah, I don't know why it says that, but we don't offer that." We were generally dissatisfied with our visit, and decided that a neighboring apartment community, although a smidge more per month, would better suit our needs. Their staff was also MUCH nicer to us!! :)
