I agree, not great customer service

I must have come across that same girl in the office. She's got this, "I'm getting paid to sit here, and you're going to make me work'" attitude.
She told me that she didn't have anything to show just because it wasn't the floorplan I inquired about. Plus they are income restricted. I hate income restricted properties, because they don't even care about your needs, they only care if you make a certain amount. I could lie about that so easily, so they could still actually try and rent to me. Not only that, but you can't make a over a certain amount, and the apartments are still expensive!
I hope the management reads this, because that is no way to run a business.
