The whole time I have lived here it has been a total nightmare. The back pool has been closed most of the summer because the office would rather put off repiars than fix them. There is no security. People have sex in the pools and spas and the office does nothing to fix the problem. The staff are very rude and unfriendly. The units are very poorly built, cabinets pull away from the walls. Office is aware of certain tenants letting their dogs poop in the pool area and swim in the pool. I have told them repeatedly about this and they said they already knew about it.
