i was thinking about moving here, in a 2 bd 2 bath, and i have read so reviews that they change the rent ofter, i was wondfering if someone could tell me the last time they raised the rent, how much it was, an honest answer, thank you

I understand that they just went 'tax exempt' and that the state lowered their rent amounts. I don't completely understand the process but I know they can only charge so much. it's the first time in two years that it happened.
