Vliiage at Sunvalley is a nice place to live.

Good place to live, nice people in the office. Apartments decent sized, cabinets are that ugly pink washed oak look but they were in good condition, counters are white (ugly and stain easily but oh well) carpet is standard beige that wears quickly but these are things that are common in many apartments and this complex is much better than many at the same price. If you want a place with upgraded cabinets, appliances and designer paint, this is not a complex for you but there are many of these places in the valley. You will, however, pay much more to have newer fixtures!
Parking kind of sucks but it depends on the time of day you're trying to park. Some of the people living there were disrespectful/loud/etc, but that's typical apartment living. If you rent here, I would suggest getting an apartment without a washer & dryer inside to save yourself the extra cost to rent them (buy or bring your own)
And...if you have a dog, PLEASE don't let it bark all the darn time and/or let it poop all over your patio. If you have a cat, don't let it roam all over the complex - it's not safe! Other cats are around and it could get into a bad fight and hurt (happened to a neighbor there).
