	The HOA members live at the Villages and take very good care of any issues. The overall management for the HOA is great. The Vilages at Park Centre is quiet and close to all freeways. I just love the place.

	These condo conversions have been great. People taking care of their homes with a few being rented as apartments.

	I wish this site would update the fact that these are no longer apartments. They are condos. The majority are owner occupied with the rest rented. Not kid friendly but they were built that way on purpose. Still a bargain ... more

	The apartments have been turned into condos, and really, they are very nice and pleasant now.
