Numerous new office staff. Maintenance not thorough had to have numerous return visits for the same problems, mold, leaks, bugs, etc. Maintenance dirty, property with a lot of trash throughout. Pool with numerous missing tiles. Hot tub has been broken for two years with half the tiles missing. Drugs in complex, management aware, but refuses to remove occupants, despite sign indicating that this is crime free housing.
